Sevierville, TennesseeI filled out an online loan application. We were in the process of moving to a new residence and need some extra money. I was contacted by a man named Robert. He told me we were approved for a loan for $5000. He said we would have to put down a collateral payment of $775 and the money would be deposited to my account with in 24 hours. I explained that if I sent them the payment that it would be my entire check for 2 weeks of work. They faxed me the paperwork and my husband and I looked it over. Everything looked fine. We checked with the Better Business Bureau and they were listed. So we signed the paperwork and sent it back. I sent a Money Gram for the payment. They told me everything was received and a deposit would be placed in my account that evening. I checked the following morning and it was not. I called them back and was transferred to somone new. His name was Alex. He said he was the Customer Service Manager and would assist me. He explained that the insurance department went back through my application and decided that the payment I sent was not enough. He said it was listed on the paperwork. We looked and it was listed. We really needed the money so we decided to go ahead. He told me we needed another $775 and a deposit would be made within 3 hours. I explained to them that we did not have the money. He offered to refund my first $775. We ended up borrowing $800 from my father-in-law. I checked my account and it was not there. I tried to contact them all day the following day and could not get through. The website no longer worked and the phones were not working. We now have no money and are negative in our bank account. We can not pay any of our bills for the month. We have 2 small children and we are trying to provide for them. This situation has placed my husbands job at risk. They have all of my personal information. I am not sure where to go from here. Please Help
