Have you gotten your DTV Converter box yet. I tried and was told I was allowed two converter box's so when the cards did not arrived I called to find out they could not Send to a P.O box but that had been changed. The person I talked to said that he would. Make sure I got my cards and that the system was being fixed so P.O. boxes can be used
well I waited for those cards to get mailed out and the date came and went and no cards came. So I called and I got the same runaround and I was told that I should reapplied which I did and I got denied because I was approved for the fist time ( mind you I never got those cards) I tried 3 more time and got The same run-a-round. I called my congressmen. There I was told that once the system Has registered you you can not get a replacement of anything else even if it is not your fault. I was told that I should have a family member or friend apply for me and lie on the application so I can get the two DTV converter boxes. I find this very disturbing in that would be committing Fraud. My question is why does a person have to lie and commit to governmental fraud in order to correct something that was poorly administered in the first place. Why is a representative of my representative to government advising me to commit fraud? This is just plain wrong.
