TEXARKANA, TexasI was sent a letter in the mail stating that I was guaranteed to receive 5000.00 if I returned the release form and fulfill the contest requirements. I was also advised that this contest was not a lottery, game of chance or involved gambling. I was told I did not have to purchase, send any money or contribute anything to win.

i got one of those to but didnt know if it was a scam or not.. i was told by everyone to do what it says and check out what happens after we responded.. so now i know when i get other things back that iwill just throw it out....
