Kaneohe, HawaiiI too, like one of the conplainants, hardly ever checked my bills that get paid automatically. I did notice last month and this month that my phone bill was extreemly high. With the way gas prices, electric, water, and food were all going sky high I didn't think much of it. Today I noticed something different on my phone bill from Hawaiian Telecom, it was a charge from Nations 1st Communications for a voicemail service, hello, I already have voicemail and I'm not that stupid to pay for something that I already have!!! I pay the bills in our household and I didn't authorize anyone to do any such thing! I will be getting to the bottom of this! I'll keep you informed as this progresses. As of right now since they're Eastern time and I'm Hawaiian time they're closed. So for now, everybody check your phone statements!!! Aloha!
