I tried to deal with them about 4 years ago. Since they had opened several more dealerships in Jonesboro I wanted to hear what they would offer.
#1 The sales staff told lied about automobile sales state sales tax. They repeatedly told me if I purchased an automobile in Memphis, TN, sales taxes would have to be paid in Tennessee and Arkansas. This is untrue and they know better.
#2 After settling on a price they tried to add an additional $3540.00 at the time of signing the papers. I had my own financing. So they tried to switch the sale.
#3 Do not trust these people. They have ripped off so many people I can't believe they are still in business.
These people are scam artist lying scum.
