Disheartened renter
lake alfred, Floridathese people are taking forever to even meet with me about getting my $1200 deposit back for rent. we had house professionally cleaned on exit (approx $400 worth) and 2 weeks later, they say cabinets in master bath are dusty. thats worth $1200??? we notified them of a sprinkler system malfunction... they didnt fix it.... now they say 'the grass is brown'. well, gee, i wonder why??
now, they say they have to email the owner to see what they want to do. meanwhile, i'm out $1200 and the house is in rentable shape. it's up for rent right now so it can't possibly be too bad. dust in the bathroom cabinent?? come on.
i can't believe someone could go to the house, say it's dusty inside 1 cabinent, and instead of wiping it out yourself (it cant even be that bad, i assure you it was cleaned) tell me you have to pay someone to go clean it... haven't done it yet, mind you.
i would avoid these people. my humble opinion.
