I'm writing this letter to the consumers who ever thought about shopping or purchasing ANYTHING from Brandon Olson! I called his company because i was running through the internet and his site came up because i was looking for a ATV for my son because his birthday is coming up and all he really wants is a ATV.

While talking to Brandon Olson i asked him about the diffrent ATV's he has that's currently in stock all he kept trying to do is convince me to send him a wire transfer and then we can talk about the diffrent ATV's he has. I informed him that i would like to know first because i need to know are there any safety things i should know about and what size should i get for a child that is 7 years old.

Brandon Olson told me to look on the site and call him back when i make up my mind and i told him i'm really interested in the youth atv's but i would like to know first a little more about the product because while reading on the ATV's there's nothing about safety. Brandon stated that it's very safe and if i send a wire transfer right now he can send me the ATV right now because he has 2 left at the store.

I asked him why am i asking him about safety and all he keeps talking about is send him the money and send it through a wire transfer? The first thing that came out of his mouth is that, 'YOUR BLACK RIGHT'? At this point i was very upset and started to get loud with him and asked him what does me being a black women have to do with it and he replied, 'N*gger's don't want to pay but want information'!

I called him an a** and stated to him that he's very un-professional and he called me a 'BLACK NAPPY HEADED B*TCH'!!! I at this point hung up the phone on him and that's the reason for me writting this report! It's very degrading for him to call me what he called me and i tell yah i would never order anything from 'THE FAMILY EXCHANGE' and i would never recommend anyone no matter what color to do any kind of business with that jerk!!!
