MESQUITE, TexasI received a Final Notification of Consumer's Reward Program Lottery that I have never entered. They sent a cashier's check for the amount of $3,900.00
for me to pay taxes on. I am supposed to contact one of my agents Christian Barone or Steven Moore as soon as I receive this notification. They will assit me in finalizing my claim. Lisa Epainto is the vice president and she congratulated me twice for my winning.
