Know too much
Lexington, KentuckyThe couch I bought bottomed out in the first week, and the cushions came unsewn. Although I knew their policy was 'all sales final', the manager told me that if anything was wrong in the first few days to call him and he'd 'make it right'.
Please don't spend your money at this company. I believe with all the complaints their days are numbered. However, crooked companies like this one often appear in a different incarnation under another name, so buyer beware!
