Chula Vista, CaliforniaI placed an order for a 14 day free supply of Acai Berry for a shipping charge of $3.95, I believe on September 30, 2008? Now there is a charge of $44.85 dated Sept 30, 2008 on my Visa charge card. I have not received my free supply yet nor did I order more. This Company seems to be ripping people off!
I have tried to e-mail them with thru the webb site they gave me at Support@CentralCoastNeutra.com and there is not place to e-mail them. Then I called two numbers I have, 877-360-8480 and 888-692-8352. After listening to Lousy music for over 3 minutes I was told their customer service reps are busy and to try again later. I have done this a few times with no success? What now?
