colonial heights, VirginiaI recieved a 'Winning Final Notification' letter stating that I had won $250,000.00 and the enclosed check would the taxes on my winnings. All I had to do was Moneygram or Western Union $2985.00 to pay applicable Government Taxes on my big winnings. It directed me not to try to cash the $4890.00 check until I had called Bob Morris at 416-826-2774.
