The Grant University is a SCAM!!! Like others I guess what could go wrong with ordering a $2 dollar cd right? Well, here is what happened...

I ordered the Grant University cd on September 26th, 2008. As of October 6th, 2008 that cd has yet to reach my house and they have already billed me an additional $69.00 a month starting today, within 7 days of purchase. This is reading material tucked away in small print somewhere? I never saw it and I was looking.

Well, I called their customer service. They claim their call center was in Draper, Utah, sure sounded like Draper, India but claimed to be in Utah? I basically told them to forget everything and credit my card back. They refused. He tried telling me the 7 day trial expired. I tried telling him that their was no 7 day trial and that I had never received any material let alone the cd in the mail yet. So, how can you say trial period I asked? All he did was keep to his script and kept refusing to give me a credit.

I asked to talk with the call center manager? No manager there? I then told him this was a SCAM!!! His name was Tom by the way or whatever he called himself today?

We kept getting into a verbal conflict here. I kept telling him that he has to credit my account back and he kept refusing. I have gotten nothing from the this joke of a grant university and they want to keep my money at the same time? Are you friking kidding me?

So, I told them I was going to file a police report and contact the FBI and they still didn't care? I now will contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.

People, if you want to have a nice warm fuzzy feeling in ordering a $2 dollar cd, then a few days later get charged $70 dollars for nothing/ per month, then please go a head and get scammed by this place.
