The Colony, TexasI purchased flower petals from buypetals.com and never received them. I emailed them at helpvioletsea@gmail.com several times and never received a response. I filled out their 'contact us' form on their website several times and heard NOTHING. It was only $31.00 but still they took my money and a month later I have nothing to show for it. I tried calling their 800 number but their auto attendant says 'mailbox full'. If for some reason they were out of product they could have let me know. Their website is hardly functional, you have to use the search engine to locate any product. I should have known not to buy from them but I was desperate. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! If they are legit they have piss poor customer service.
