Morgantown, PennsylvaniaThe Mega Life Insurance company representative sat in our living room for over 3 hours and lied and defrauded us of over $1000 for No Coverage at all.
We told the agent that my wife has been suffering from depression and he said 'no problem', that is covered. Not only that, he said his wife had the same thing. It was not covered, as we found when we submitted our claim, they paid $0 on the very first claim we sent in.
The paperwork the agent showed us was deceptive and did not include all the breakdowns of what we were paying for. Their office later faxed us the breakdowns and more information.
The agent also gave us coverage costs and nearly every single item was increased after he left our home and when we got their final paperwork.
We trusted this company and they ripped us off.
They will not return our money and we have put a claim in with the Pennsylvania Insurance Fraud Division. I was told by Mega Life's insurance investigator that no refund would be issued.
We cancelled them as soon as we could and we have lost all this money.
If you want good coverage Don't use Mega Life. They are a Rip Off.
