Belfair, WashingtonThis company is a complete farse. I ordered a miniature hot air balloon for my newborn son's nursery in March. I did not receive any response until the end of MAY when I was notified that my order had been shipped and my card was charged $21.98.
Coincidentally - the tracking number they provided did not work - and I NEVER received my order.
I have sent emails and called them repeatedly with NO answer.
I recently filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau - to my astonishment they company replied stating that they sent me a notice that my order was cancelled at the end of MARCH and had never charged me - hilarious considering that I received shipping information and a 'your order is complete thank you for your businesss' email at the end of MAY, and the charge went through on June 2, 2008.
I have replied to the BBB that this is not acceptable and that I can provide proof. Anyone interested in a class action lawsuit please contact me - I will be happy to head this up.
