Venice, FloridaOn July 30, 2008 I ordered medicine from AmxPharma. To date I have not received my order. I paid for my order with Visa Card and I paid an additional $14.95 for registered Airmail as required by the company. When I notified AmxPharma that I had not received my order they responded that I waited too long and therefor my order was untraceable. How can a registered parcel be untraceable after only 60 days. I believe this company is a big RipOff and they are refusing to address the issue. Consumers 'BE AWARE' this is a ripoff company and they will take your money!!!!

On the web page for WWW.AmxPharma.com under under 'about us' they cite the following: 'highest levels of customer service', 'we are committed to your complete satisfaction' . Buyer BEWARE these statements are not true. I was treated poorlly by this company. They are a total Ripoff,Ripoff,Ripoff!!! The website states they are a division of World Pharmaceuticals. World Pharmaceuticals is already listed in the Ripoff Reports. It appears they are just using different names to rip people off. Buyer Beware. The company is based in England.

On Oct 1, 2008 I notified VISA Card about this company and advised them I had not received my order. They investigated my claim and I am happy to report they have resolved the matter in my favor. As for AmxPharma 'Buyer Beware Beware Beware'. The AmxPharma website states they have the 'highest levels of customer service' and 'we are committed to your complete satisfaction'. This could not be farther from the truth. When I contacted them they refused to do anything even though I paid for (supposedly) Registered Airmail. They also filed a Rip-off report on me saying I make false claims. My claim was investigated by VISA Card and my claim of non-delivery was upheld. This company also posted online my name and prescription order which is a clear violation of United States law. 'Buyer Beware' This is a total ripoff company. 'Do Not do business with them'
