Five years ago I purchased a Fridge from Teppermans. The sales person presented the extended warrenty information and it would cost $250.00. We were told that you couldn't go wrong because if you never use the warrenty 'you get your money back' We decided to purchase the warrenty and when the paperwork for it arrived in the mail it said that we would get a $250.00 store credit with the purchase of $400.00.

I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. The manager happened to be the salesperson. I confronted him and said that he said we would get our money back-he responded that we would. I said that I didn't want it back in a store credit where I had to spend MORE money and that he lied to me. His response was'Its still a good deal' Our warrenty and $250.00 was just up in July of this year. I never went any further with this complaint because I find it a very difficult store to deal with. I'm sure they have all of this covered in fine print and dancing around the wording that they use. I know of 2 more people close to me that have had even worse experiences than us and have gone right to Noah Tepperman and they refuse to give us our money back.

As far as I'm concerned the steal your money through misrepresenting there warrenties and service. The front line people are taking the brunt for policies set by higher ups. I have never dealt with a company who cares so little for customer satisfaction-I have been married 20 years and have 5 children-I have bought a lot of products and a lot of warrenties-I have never experienced customer service as bad as Teppermans
