Providence, Rhode IslandIf anyone else has been ripped off by Mark Surgarman, and is interested in filling a law suit please reply. He has been calling my office trying to obtain information about potential claims. He has to be stoped and justice has to be served. The attorney general of California has nothing to do about this matter.
