Ripoff Report Verified Safe

Smooth Talker's, Told me they would save me $17,500 in CC debt!! Said, ' they were like attorneys, and had the power to get my interest rates lowered on my current CC's, and there after, the CC company's could not raise my rates!!!'

This service only cost me $998.00!!!, & along with my personal information!!! Told me to sign the papers, soon to arrive Certifed Mail. When they arrived, the total amt. of savings to me would be $2,500.00!! Along with the fine print saying they ,GROWTH FINANCIAL does NOT guarantee any interest rate reductions with my creditors!!!

They refused to refund my MONEY, or let me talk to Phillip Smith, the guy who DOOPED me. Phillip Said, Why should I care about the $998, it's the CC Company paying them, not me?!! Yet is me that has to pay...BEWARE...DON'T GET RIPPED OFF AS I DID!!

Let me start off by saying we do apologize if you feel you were ripped off. It is not the practice of Growth Financial to swindle anyone out of hard earned money. Obviously there is a misunderstanding and we will do all we can to resolve any situation you may have. As we are unable to determine who you are from your post, we ask that you please call into customer service and explain who you are to a representative so we may better assist you.

To address the claims in your post, first we do not claim to be able to save you $17,500 in credit card debt. Nor do we liken ourselves to attorneys. Our guarantee is always a minimum saving of $2500 in unnecessary interest payments. If we fail to achieve this a client always receives a refund.

We do have great success with rate reductions; however we never guarantee a specific rate reduction. We do not guarantee a specific rate reduction because every person's debt situation is different. Some clients receive larger rate reductions than other simply based on their specific financial situation and performance. It would be impossible for us to know what rate reductions could be achieved without first working on your accounts. In some cases clients who have joined our program were not totally forthcoming with a representative and have not been paying their debts on time. In a case like this we will help that client along with their lenders to get on a track were paying onetime can be done with easy. As long as that client follows this track we can revisit the accounts every 90 days until a rate reduction is achieved.

I hope this clears up why we do not guarantee a specific rate reduction. We, just as you, are beholden to credit guidelines. If a client is not serious about eliminating their debts and maintaining a good standing with their creditors a rate reduction may not be achieved.

Once again we apologize that you feel as if you have been dooped. If Philip Smith did not explain the program correctly then we will need to investigate. In the mean time we again invite you to call into customer service to resolve this matter. We are more than willing to offer you a 100% satisfaction guarantee so that you may see what it is we can do for you. If you are not 100% satisfied with the result a refund will be issued.

There are organizations that have a similar product to ours. We know not all of these companies are on the level, but we are the real deal and pride ourselves on our customer service and the results provide our clients.
