houston, TexasWhen we were getting a mortgage through Eagle Investments, the loan officer Vishwa Persaud told us at the absolute max our closing costs would be was $2,000. When we got to closing imagine our surprise when the costs were $10,000 . Mr Persaud forgot to mention that we would be charged points. We were too far along in the process to turn back but I can gurantee that as soon as possible we will never deal with this company or loan officer again.
I contacted Mr. Persaud after closing to ask him some questions about the loan, but he was rather rude and put me on hold and never came back. I've tried to contact them back several times, but they do not take my calls or return my messages.
Don't trust this company, especially this so called loan officer, Vishwa Persaud. They seem like a fly by night operation and are interested only in scamming you into hidden fees. You will either lose your deposit or end up being stuck with a bad deal.

I have a cousin that grew up in a broken home and has mental issues that wrote this.
I have not originated a loan since 2007 and my license is inactive.
The company Eagle Investments does not exist.
