Note that the original post from 'Marc' is from Marc Labate, aka Allied Construction, aka scam artist. Google Marc Labate Allied and you'll see what I mean. This post was an attempt to 'get back' at some of us who actually filed legal action against him. There is no such place on Manchaca Rd and his reputation speaks for itself.

The guy who posted this is that same guy that is bad-mouthing the Saenz's in another post. This is his tactic: He rips you off and then 'retaliates' when you try to bring him to justice. He runs a business he calls Allied Construction or 5 Star Allied. Do a search on him and his company and you'll see NUMEROUS complaints.

Marc posted this because he ripped off this bakery and is seeking revenge because they filed suit against him. He also ripped off my company. This man, his wife Teresa, and his company, Allied Construction, should not be trusted. Don't trust him to do work for you, don't give any money to him and if you do any kind of work for him be sure to get paid in ADVANCE and in CASH.
This is a wonderful bakery run by hard-working owners!
No one should believe a single thing this guy 'Marc' says. He posts lies and threatens people into thinking he has the upper hand. This post is a detriment to a business - HARRASSMENT!! Go file a criminal complaint against him and make him pay fines and fees.
I honestly cannot wait until he finally goes to far and ends up in more trouble than he can lie his way out of. With any luck, that day is coming (and soon).
The bakery has managed to succeed eventhough Marc left them in a huge lurch when they were trying to open (yeah, he took off with their money before completing the work and even the stuff he did wasn't up to code). Congrats to the owners for pulling through the hard times and keeping this guy on the radar as a way to warn others of his illegal ways.
Now, go get a cookie and support the bakery. Yum!!
