Maitland, FloridaIn April of 2008 I met with George and signed a contract for (6) private dog training sessions for $299 and paid up front. The check was promptly cashed, however I have not received (1) training session to date.
There have been several times when he has either come by the house at the appointed time only to tell you he has to go take care of an 'emergency' and he will be back. He never comes back.
Sometimes his girlfriend will call and say he is running late and he never shows.
Other times he just doesn't show up and doesn't call.
I have called and emailed asking for a refund and have been ignored. I sent a certified letter, which was refused.
I am in the process of taking them to small claims court, however getting my money back will still not repay the countless hours I have spent waiting for him to show up and rearranging my schedule.
Save yourself!! Do not use these people!!

Through relocating my office i have NEVER recieved a certified letter to refuse. iF This letter was refused it must have been sent to the wrong address or to someone who has worked for me in the past. I do appologize for this mishap. nor have i recieved any other contact from toby....I HAD TURNED MY BUISNESS AROUND AND EVEN CHANGED STAFF..

Helene Levine has not been associated with this company since June 2007 and would like to state on record that all policies and practices incurred during the time of her employment were a result of the owner of the company and not that of this ex-employee.

Ex-employee Helene Levine has not been involved with this company since July 2008.
Helene Levine has had no association with One Great Dog since July 2008. All business decisions made were based on the owner's own policies and procedures he designed for his company. Although they were carried out by the employees, that was a direct result of the leadership and guidance administered by the owner himself.
