After Going to Nascar race here in Las Vegas, NV entering a drawing for a contest i got a phone call to join Nascar Membership. This is to get some great nascar gear and a online club and other things that come with it. So i accepted there offer for 30 days trial of services and goods.

About 7 days later big red box shows up with lots of cheap gear and the name NASCAR Member on all of it ... the online club i guess is if you have nothing to do in your life and you live nascar 24/7 you might like the site but hey i can watch the race on TV on Sunday and maybe catch the race here in town every year but i have a life other then that.

At the end of the 30 day trial i called to cancel and get a Number to send back the items and get a refund of my almost 200.00 for the membership which had been charged to my credit card. So i called in time and got the number to return items and was told when they got the package back i would get a credit. It took me a several weeks to send the box back due to the type of work i do this time of the year i was very busy and working 16 hr days 6 days a week.

So i ship the package back about a month later when i got my RMA to return items .... i waited several weeks for credit to show up on my card and no credit ..... called the company talked to a girl she says oh i see the items showed up not sure why i didn't get a credit yet but she will process it right away..... again few weeks go by again i called and talked to a man this time. He tells me that i sent items back to late and i wont get a credit.

So now as i wait to let me credit card company try to credit me since i sent items back and have nothing of this company's goods they wont answer the BBB complaint i made and looks like i might be out my 200.00 for there very very weak gear they were selling
