portland, OregonThese people are crooks. This company is in partnership with Capital One to drain people dry. I was paying my debt with Capital One, every month through a direct withdrawl from my checking account. When they stopped I assumed the debt was paid. However, about 2 years later I get a letter stating that a judgement has been filed against me by Daniel N. Gordon and associates. They were rude and heartless. My Principal balance of 900 jumped to 3,200. They are crooks. We need to file a class action suite.
