Tamarac, FloridaIt took me four months to figure this one out. I noticed a charge for $11.99 this company and then curiously enough I decided to go through my previous statements and noticed this company decided to help themselves out and take the same amount for the previous 3 previous months. The only credit card purchase that I made other than at a store during this time was through priceline.com which coincides with many other of the postings I've read on this site.
I called my credit card company and they told me to call this outfit and when I spoke to the 'snooty' customer service person I was told that I signed up for their 'plan' when I made my purchase through priceline and that they show it on file. To make a long story short I asked to speak to a supervisor and was promised a full credit for all if my charges ($11.99 x 4=$47.96) that would take about 15 days to process.
