Cape Coral, FloridaFor anyone that is thinking about buying from this company DONT. I placed an order with them, you are suppose to have a 30 day trial then you will be billed if you do not return product. Well I placed my order on the 3rd of Oct and they charged my cc 2 times already. One for the amount of 43.90 and the other for 53.00.
Now I have not even received the product and it has only been a couple of days since I placed the order. There is no phone number for this company the only way you can talk to someone is through a interet chat. And then they will not even explain why they charged you twice and then also tried to say they only charged my cc 3.95 even after a sent them a copy of the statement.
They said they shipped the product already when I told them to keep it and not to ship it and reverse my charges, so they gave me a UPS tracking number, well that turned out not to be a UPS tracking number....
Stay clear of them!!!
