I had my procedure done in 10/07 in the Phoenix office. It was the most painful thing I have ever experienced. They kept shooting me up but I could still feel it. I cried uncontrolably through the entire thing. It did not take 'about an hour' as advertised, it took over 3 hours.

After having the stitches taken out, I told them I felt there were NO results. They told me to give it 6 months to heal. I did and then went back to show them that I had not results. They told me to give it a few more months. I did. I went back to them two months ago.

I told the Dr. that I did not get any results. He agreed with me and offered to do it again. I told him no - that is was entirely too painful to do again. I ask that he just give me my money back and I would chuck it up to a bad experience. He said I would have to talk to the office manager in the office to get a refund.

I talked with her in detail. She said that she did not know why I was in so much pain and the she would look into seeing if they had just got a 'bad batch' of lidacaine. She suggested I have it done again. I told her I could not go through that pain. She them suggested that they had another part time surgeon that does total anasthesia. She would contact her to see if she would meet with me. She told me that they wanted me to be happy and they wanted to try this route before giving me a refund.

A month went by and I did not hear from her. I started calling her, and calling her, and calling her. After a month of her not returning my phone messages, I finally got ahold of her. She told me that Pam in the corporate office had all of my information. She said that the other Dr. could help me if I paid for it not Lifestyle. I said that that is not what she told me. She said she thought they could but she was wrong. I then asked for my money back, she said, 'That's not going to happen'. I asked why she lied to me. She did not respond and told me that Pam would be contacting me. I wasked for Pam's phone number and I would call her. She told me that she could not give me Pam's number.

I looked on the internet and there is no corporate office phone number listed. I am finding however many, many people that are out there complaining of the same or worse. They are looking for a class action suit.

They LIED, LIED, LIED. DO NOT believe them when they say that all they want to do is make you happy. DO NOT believe them when they say it takes and hour. DO NOT believe them when they say you can go back to work right away. DO NOT believe them when they say that you will not feel the procedure. DO NOT believe anything they tell you. I too would be interested in a class action suit. This company has to be stopped from ripping people off and lying to the public and coming out smelling like a rose.
